There aren’t many times when I’m the one to say, “think of the kids,” but I had a change of heart at the mall recently. Usually, I’m all for kids learning things early on, but then I saw a store already putting up back-to-school sale signs… before the start of August!

These poor kids get just eight weeks to enjoy life to the fullest, and you want to remind them that their time is short? If nothing else, it made me realize there’s only so much time before fall starts.
