As you head home tonight, there’s one piece of good news—tonight’s toughest decision is not what’s for dinner. I don’t know about you, but after this long weekend, my fridge is stuffed with leftovers. And even though I trusted my mom to handle Thanksgiving dinner, I’m still staring down enough turkey to last me for days.
But now comes the tricky part—how do you take the same turkey, gravy, potatoes, and veggies and turn them into something that doesn’t just feel like a repeat of yesterday’s dinner?
This is where you have to channel your inner Bubba from Forrest Gump. Turkey soup, turkey stew, turkey salad, turkey burger, turkey sandwich—the list goes on! You’ve basically got to become a leftover culinary artist at this point, just to avoid turkey fatigue.
But hey, at least it means one less trip to the grocery store, right?
